Project Description: The ReVTA program worked with businesses that needed assistance recovering from COVID's impacts. As a recovery navigator, I worked with 36 businesses located in Addison County to identify a recovery solution and find the appropriate professional technical assistance to implement the solution at no cost to the business. 

I was hired in part because of my broad network of relationships with area businesses. As a short-term contractor with the county's economic development agency, I managed 40 projects in a two-month period—identifying pain points, pairing the client with a technical assistance provider, and following the projects through to completion.

Services Provided:

• Project management. Some of the most impactful projects I facilitated were a video for a wildlife artist and a new e-marketing strategy which included a new website for a dog kennel.
  
• Media planning and buying to promote the program throughout Vermont
